Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication is the use of sheet metal to build metal machines and structures. Sheet metal fabrication generally involves forming, cutting, finishing and assembling the sheet metal. Sheet metal is different from traditional metal fabrication because it requires a special set of welding and fabrication tools due to the unique properties of sheet metal. Some of the most common products that are made from sheet metal fabrication are electronic enclosures, computers, aircraft, HVAC, consumer appliances, exhaust systems and tanks.
